SUBSOIL DRAINAGE INSTALLERS

 

The main cause for water damage in basement areas (mold, flooding) is damaged, blocked or outdated subsoil drainage.

Usually old field ties (ceramic or clay pipe) that has collapsed. 

Over the years we have developed a method that can provide almost any property with a new subsoil installation 

despite any obstacles. 

 

   

 

When installing subsoil drainage we carefully extract all the existing soil 600 mm below the 

existing building (house) foundation.  After extraction the foundations and walls are waterproofed ensuring

no moisture can enter the building envelope above the foundations.

Once the water proofing is complete the trench is prepared for the sub soil drainage this is installed as per

NZBC by a qualified drain layer.

 

OUR SUB SOIL DRAINAGE INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING:

  • All excavation and removal of Soil (to be replaced with drainage medal)
  • All Water Proofing
  • All drainage, cesspits and channels
  • All access points for servicing
  • All reinstatment work
